Returns / Exchanges
If you are not unsatisfied with any purchased item we offer a 14 day returns policy, this applies for both unwanted because you're broke or faulty goods.
If you could notify us via email; email@example.com and we will communicate back, if you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
All returned items must be in the condition posted. If the returned item seems tampered with in any way, we reserve the right to refuse a refund sadly.
Only after the returned item/s are received at HQ, we will then issue a full or part refund (dependent on all items received). So please ensure that the return goods arrive back to us in a secure manner, as we cannot take responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit. So try use a secure method i.e First Class recorded delivery (UK) or International tracking from your country.
Shipping costs sadly will not be refunded on unwanted returns, they will be refunded only with the exception of faulty goods. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item to you. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package.
*We used Royal mail 1st class delivery, this cannot be tracked outside of the UK. Unless you have selected International tracking option goods cannot be tracked
*We aren't liable for lost postage that isn't tracked, i.e if you selected the cheaper standard airmail option.
